Blood pressure can be reduced by higher education

As per a team of researchers in the US, no matter how much stress education my put, it is good when it comes to controlling blood pressure. More often than not, it is well suited to have a hand over high blood pressure or hypertension.

This leads to problems like heart attacks, strokes and kidney failure. But, said the study that was published in the journal BMC Public Health that there has been seen a link. And it is stronger in case of women than men.

It was also supported by the British Heart Foundation which said that deprivation is one of the main causes of rising risk related to heart disease. But, higher the education, lower is going to risk of heart diseases and one of the main causes for the same could be blood pressure.

During the same, some 3,890 people were investigated and data for 30 years was taken into account. At that time, classifications were made and the people were divided into three groups. One was on education (12 years or less) followed by middle education (13 to 16 years) and then high education (17 years or more).
