On Friday it was held by the French supermarket chain Casino that it had sold its Venezuelan unit Cativen to the government in 622.5 million dollars.

Casino assumed that out of 100 percent stake it decided to sell a 67.1 percent stake in Cativen to the state and the rest 19.9 percent holding and continuing to provide bear for the business.
