Sarkozy Speech Enrages Roma Leaders

President Nicolas Sarkozy has invited trouble for himself after expelling an illegal Gypsy immigrant from France. This group was accused of creating disturbance, after a man was killed when he was trying to hide from the police.

Mr. Sarkozy later said that he would be very harsh with the trouble creators. Nicolas Sarkozy has been blamed for taking racial decisions. French Roma leaders have highly slammed the decision of the President. The Roma leaders felt very insulted especially because of the language used by the President. These leaders have said that the agenda of the meeting was very racist.

"I am afraid we're preparing to open a blighted page in the history of France, which could sadly lead to acts of reprisal in the days ahead", said Henri Braun, who is a lawyer for the Roma leaders.

In that case, the President has finally ordered to break and vacant these cases. The people staying in these camps have been asked to leave the country.

The President has also demanded that the immigration laws should be framed in such a way so that the expulsions ordered in public favor become simpler.

According to the Interior Minister, Brice Hortefeux, the Roma accused of crime would be sent out of the country in the coming three months.
