Lord Winston the pioneer of Fertility treatment has disputed that the Government's NHS changes will guide towards the refusal of services and also can put the lives of patients in danger.

Andrew Lansley the Health Secretary revealed the radical alters made to the health services prior this month. The service includes the management staff of 24,000 to be detached from the job and GPs given power towards the buying in services of NHS from 2013.

But after the strategy drew condemnation from the conflict benches and the Royal College of General Practitioners, Lord Robert Winston the Professor of Science & Society and IVF expert argued that the proposals were terrible.

Lord Winston has stated that he doesn't believe that handling a budget of £100billion to the least qualified staffs of Health Service is a good decision.

According to him, the Government's attempt in order to secure money through restoring the money flow of NHS is completely full of danger. With this he has also added that there is also a higher risk because this organization is expending such a huge amount in a very less span of time without careful investigation.
