The Tullamore Mental Health Association has launched its second annual public lecture. The lecture aims at identifying the benefits of positive mental health in life.
The main aim of the public lecture was to increase awareness among the people that good mental health is connected to good physical health and a lively social life. Mental health is all about how a person manages his day- today-life. Good mental health is the secret of great life. Protecting and improving mental health can progress the life. Mental illness is a serious health complications and it requires specialized medical care.
The event was organized on the behalf of World Mental Health Day. The vene3t was officially launched on Thursday night. The members of the associations have appealed the people from around the Midlands to attend the lecture on April 13 at 7.30pm at the Millennium Room of Bridge House Hotel.
The lecture highlights the importance of regular physical exercise in developing a good mental and physical health. The experts suggest the people to take out time for them and look after their mental health before they will have to contact their GP.
