New Deal between Automakers to Benefit the Industry

There has been a new deal struck between major candies of the vehicle industry. The firms are Rolls-Royce and Daimler.

They have come in collaborative takeover of the engine making firm Tognum. They have taken over as much as 60% of the shares of the firm. Their idea behind this step is the process of expanding their share in the diesel engine section of the market.

The initial offering was of about 24 Euros. It was now changed to about 26 Euros per share. The final deal has been struck for a sum of 3.4 billion Euros.

The deal shall mean a co-relational work system for all three firms that shall aid the benefit of one and all. It would mean Daimler would be able to rebuild closer ties with the major truck dealers. It would also mean Rolls expansion in the sector of diesel power and marine.

The firms are of the view that this new collaboration shall work for the benefit of one and all. It might mean a new world where the three could function with keeping in mind the profits of each other.
