A report on the development of private health care in central Europe examines the health insurance system. The report presented the development in countries like Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Bulgaria.

The report emphasizes on the advancements in private health care policies and its demand, and forecasts its working in the countries from 2011-2013. The guidelines of the private insurance company, the equilibrium between public and private healthcare, premium pricing and health factors, facilitating prospects to the people of five counties were stated in the report. It also covers the response of people towards the health insurance schemes.

The data collected from five countries, notified the behavior of the consumers towards the insurance. The report showed that 41% of the people of the UK availed to the private health insurance willingly.

The report analysed the working of the major health care providers like the insurers, private health care centres and medical firms. Further it stressed on the fact that countries with a greater population of elderly people were liable to spend more money in the health care system. With the increasing age, people will demand for greater health care policies, as per the prediction made in the report.
