It seems that the controversy shrouding allegations over singer Justin Bieber, being father of four-month-old baby of Mariah Yeater, would take its due course of time to settle down. Though the 20-year-old woman had taken her case back, there are now reports that the woman is trying to get the singer convince for a DNA test now.

However, the singer has never accepted the charges, and even refused to believe that he had met with the woman for few min backstage at a show in the Staples Center in Los Angeles in October of last year.

The woman is of the opinion that the pop star had developed liking from the first meeting itself. However, the singer said: "I would just like to say basically that none of those allegations are true. I know that I'm going to be a target but I'm never going to be a victim".

The woman though has taken the lawsuit back; her legal team is trying to get the singer for DNA test as they are still convinced that the baby has been result of the intimacy between the singer and Bieber.

It has been further told that the woman has confirmed to get threatening calls and that's why the case is still being pursued. The new legal team is led by John Carlson from Los Angeles. The parties involved are trying to strike a midway path so that the matter is kept private.

Amid so many reports, spokesperson of the singer has come out for defense and has claimed that the charge are just to maligned the image of the singer who has been promoting his Christmas album simultaneously. There are fair chances that DNA test would take place soon with the consent of the singer.
