Breast cancer is known as one of the deadliest illnesses that today many people worldwide are suffering with. There have been many people, who have died due to the illness and another victim of deadly breast cancer is Former Miss Venezuela Ms. Eva Ekvall.
Ms. Ekvall since a long time was battling from breast cancer and has finally ended her war against the illness by putting an end to her life.
Yes, the Former Miss Venezuela has died after her long battle of one year with breast cancer, reported by Venezuelan television network Globovision.
Ms. Eva, 28, was a South American model. She was admitted in a hospital in the US town Houston in the state of Texas, where she took her last breath.
Eva has also chronicled all the facts related to her battle with the disease in her book name, Fuero de Foco, which translates to "Out of Focus" that she wrote in collaboration with the well-known photographer Mr. Roberto Mata.
Eva was diagnosed with breast cancer last year and since the time, she was battling in the US hospital against the illness. By profession an actress and news anchor, Ms. Eva died on Saturday.
"Sadly, cancer had the last word," writer Mr. Leonardo Padron told Globovision. Added were the words: "demonstrating extraordinary calm and courage in her fight against cancer" by Padron, who didn't give any confirmation that whether the body of the actress would be sent from Houston to Venezuela or not.
The former beauty queen started writing in her book soon she was diagnosed with the illness last year in an effort to raise awareness of the disease among people with her public profile also attached.
