However, the institute has asserted that the advertisement has drawn the attention of more than 10,000 people towards promoting an upcoming climate sceptic conference.

In a statement the organization affirmed that they are planning to come up with new advertisements like such, which will include Charles Manson, Fidel Castro and possibly Osama bin Laden. It has been emphasized that believing that global warming is the only reason behind climatic changes, is not intelligence, rather, it can be referred to as something more than being crazy.

It said, “What these murderers and madmen have said differs very little from what spokespersons for the United Nations, journalists for the 'mainstream' media, and liberal politicians say about global warming”.

As a consequence, the advertisement has been opposed by many, rather, Republican Congressman Jim Sensenbrenner, has affirmed that he will not be attending the conference, until the advertisement has not been withdrawn.
