While there is no doubt that patients struggle to deal with high blood pressure, a recent research seems to have gone a step ahead so that those who are toughest to treat are being dealt somehow. It was made possible after scientists managed to identify the nerves which are responsible for rising blood pressure.

It is believed that though Pharmaceutical therapies have a huge role to play in dealing with range of diseases, at times, it become a necessity to incorporate invasive treatments along with medication to deal with some of the serious diseases like diabetes, obesity and hypertension.

If reports are to be referred, it is believed that about 1 in 3 adults, have high blood pressure, thereby making it all the more essential for some sort of cure to be discovered which is effective enough.

“I think we have to hit on all cylinders if we're going to take on these very important diseases”, asserts Dr. Steven Nissen, chair of the Cleveland Clinic's department of cardiology, who is sound believer that there is need to strike a balance between medication and invasive treatment so that serious diseases can be addressed.
