A report has uncovered recently that Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has appointed a new director of service delivery on a temporary basis.
The trust is the one of the well-renowned organizations, as per the report, which owns biggest hospitals of the United Kingdom. Also, it hopes to extend its services to some other trusts as well in upcoming years.
It has been found that Jon Scott, the director, is contented and happy with his appointment in the NHS. Jon was previously working for Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust in Essex and Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust in London.
"I am looking forward to working alongside the dedicated, professional staff, utilizing my broad range of experience", he said.
Cambridge University Hospitals Foundation Trust is well known for its high quality, acute care along with the assurance of safety. It has been hoping to earn a total of £1m in five years.
Also, it has recently set up an advertising agency with an aim to sell billboard space around its hospitals as well as on its website. However, the trust is being criticized for the same for increasing commercialization.
