Mangoes May Help Lose Extra Flab

While there is a lot being said about what to eat and what not to eat lose weight, a recent research has suggested few mangoes which can help one shed weight. It was claimed by a team of University of Queensland that skins of the common Irwin and Nam Doc Mai varieties have the compounds which can considerable help in trimming down the development of human fat cells.

However, case is not the same with the skin of the Kensington Pride mango which is found to have the ability to instigate fat cell growth. While there is still lot of research to be done in the same context, there are fair chances that some sort of means to fight obesity would be found.

“This research reminds us that we should be looking at the whole fruit when considering how to take advantage of natural goodness”, said Professor Mike Gidley, of the University of Queensland, while claiming that there are slew of nutritional properties in mangoes and they must be exploited to get the best out of the natural food products.

There is need for one and all to understand the severity of obesity so that range of attached health concerns can be averted in the first place. It would be worth seeing what is in store for people in the time to come in the same context.
