While there is hardly any doubt left about the potential side effects of exposing skin to sun, a recently revealed report talked about William (Bill) Edward McElligott. The man appears to be of 66-year-old from right side, and from left side, he appears to be 86-year-old. This difference is due to the exposure of skin to sun rays.

He has been driving truck for the last 30 years and that’s what exposed him to the scorching sun rays. “My left arm was always more tan than my right, because a lot of the time I had the window open (since) we didn’t have A. C.”, said the man who used to drive during prime sun hours throughout the city of Chicago.

It was told that he was suffering from unilateral dermatoheliosis or photo-aging and all credits goes to exposure to UVA rays of the sun. It was only after his grandchildren’s probed about the difference that he actually noticed the difference in his face.

It is to be noted that one and all should protect their skin even if its cloudy and that’s what can save one from potential side effects of sun rays else there are risks involved which can stretch to melanoma cancer too. Before it’s too later, do apply enough sun protection.
