Trainer Gain Then Looses 30kg to Correlate with Client

Every now and then, there are few people who walk the extra mile in order to achieve their goal. This scenario is evident in the case of a personal trainer who deliberately gained and then lost more than 30 kilograms so he could better understand his client. Though it is very weird thing to do, according to Drew Manning, he was humbled by the experience.

Fr a period of six months, the 30-year-old trainer stopped exercising and survived only on a highly-processed diet of hamburgers, white bread desserts and soft drink in order to empathize with his clients. Although this act was just experimental in order to explore the physical challenges, it took a huge toll emotionally on the marriage of the trainer.

Lynn Maning, wife of the trainer said that Drew became lazy, moody, and lost confidence in himself. Earlier, he was helpful around the house and an attentive father to his two children but after undertaking this challenge it all changed. She said, “I was shocked because I really thought this was only going to be a physical transformation that Drew was going to pack on the weight and lose it because it was 'on purpose”.
