Sandia Labs Worker Accused Of Stealing US Research

A lab worker is told to be accused of stealing a laboratory research and then claiming as the sole owner. It was told that Jianyu Huang who is working as a lab worker at the New Mexico nanotechnology research center has managed to get hold of the research which supposedly belong to the United States. In addition, he shared the same with other state-run Chinese universities.

It was told that he was booted out after it was found that he has taken away a company-owned laptop from the facility which is a compete breach of set rules, thereby making it clear that he had wrong intention. The man in question was told to be charged with five counts of federal program fraud and one count of false statements, as per the reports. Despite not having access to classified national security information, he accessed the confidential information and claimed his own later.

It was told that he was nabbed by the police officials over the weekend and he would have to remain in federal custody till his arraignment which is expected to take place next week.

While there was no response from the side of Huang's public defender, Brian Pori, there is need to know other side of the case too. Moreover, Sandia National Labs claimed on Monday that they expect their employees to abide by the rules set.
