Developers Overlooking Fife Council Guidelines

Developers Overlooking Fife Council Guidelines

It has finally been requested that there is need to impose a temporary ban on wind farm applications. It was called for after it was found that there were some unfit bids made by developers. It was found that some of the developers are simply not paying much attention to the Fife Council guidelines on approved sites and that’s what could make things all the more worst if some action is not being taken.

“The pressure being put on our planners is coming from the sheer number of wind turbine applications that are currently being submitted across all parts of Fife”, said Fife Council leader Alex Rowley, while claiming that they are very much aware where turbines can be suitably placed across the Kingdom.

It is believed that developers right now are exploiting the opportunities which would affect wind turbines in the time to come. It has further been confirmed that there is also a public consultation in the offing which would be able to shed light on the approved sites.

There is need to clear this matter as soon as possible before things become all the more complicated for all the involved. A fair system is call of the hour which would be able to make things a lot smoother in future.
