A giant mushroom cloud, an amazing view of the nature, was there to be seen in Beijing, China, the previous week, which was no less than a post occurrence view of an atomic bomb explosion, says a recent report.

Experts from The Economic Observer have told that the mushroom-like appearance was an outcome of the arrival of a cumulonimbus storm cloud, which is tall and dense.

It has been affirmed that cumulonimbus clouds are towering vertical clouds, which are formed from cumulus coop, at a lower height though. Also, these are unlike other clouds that are horizontal in shape as these grow vertically.

Such clouds are seen in thunderstorms or a similar inclement weather, the team further said. It is being said that the cloud seen by residents of Beijing amazed them as its first impression is just like the world is at its end due to an atomic bomb explosion.

While rumours were spread by two internet users, now arrested, that the giant cloud was either a result of chlorine leak by a chemical plant or a steel refinery’s explosion. The same was denied by government authorities saying it was due to straw burning.

Nevertheless, people have been suggested to stay inside until the cause is discovered, the report concludes.
