Chinese Women Spotted Wearing Masks In Qingdao

In an attempt to save from the sun's rays, nylon masks are being worn by women. They were seen wearing the same while swimming in a beach in Qingdao, Shandong province on July 6, 2012. While the masks which are specifically made to block the rays are available in local swimwear stores in China, they are expected to be produced in bulk.

It has been confirmed that the mask was developed by a woman about seven years ago. Though there are many who are still hooking to the good old sunscreen, it is believed that sooner or later, they would realize the importance of the new masks too.

These women have also caught the attention of media too as there is hell lot of buzz about the pretty striking women on the internet. It was in summer 2011 that a "Swimsuit Auntie" went viral on microblogs in China, which showed a woman coming out of beach with a full body nylon black suit.

There is need for women to understand the effectiveness of the masks which can protect them from harmful sun radiations. Thus, if you are planning to bask under sun in a beach, do give the masks a look.
