The President of Zimbabwe, Robert Mugabe, has once again paid visit to Singapore because of some health concerns. Lately, speculations were aired about the President being affected with cancer. However, Robert Mugabe denied the speculations.
Robert Mugabe is 88 years old. His deteriorating health has been gaining news, which has worried the Zimbabwean. He is the only leader of Zimbabwe who has fled to the Singapore eight times because of health issues.
In 2008, the diplomats of the US said that Robert Mugabe has been suffering with prostate cancer. They further said that Robert Mugabe would be live for another five year. However, after a long time, the President responded to the claims saying that they claim are tall and doesn’t hold grounds.
The wife of Robert Mugabe, Grace has informed the media that he is doing absolutely fine. During an interview, Grace told reporters, “They say Mugabe is a very old man ... but he is very sound and lucid ... and very energetic, too”.
Robert Mugabe is the oldest leader of Zimbabwe. As he is old, it is quite common for him to be affected with health issues. However, it is hoped that he will get fit and fine soon.
