Sex with your partner offers several mental and physical benefits but for the first time, weight loss has been mentioned as one of them. However, it is good for those heavy weight people who despite of performing hard tricks, fail to lose their weight.

Pauline Potter was last September listed as the heaviest woman living, in Guinness World Records weighing a gigantic 643 pounds.

But now she is one such candidate who has told HLN's Doctor Drew that having sex with her ex-husband has really helped her reduce weight. She has lost 98 pounds till now.

As told by her, "It kind of just happened that way and I did some research and whatever and found out that you can burn 500 calories. So I guess it didn't hurt. I was kind of having fun and helping myself at the same time".

Potter along with maintaining regular sex routines with her husband, is also following a healthy diet plan. She makes sure to eat lots of fruits and fresh vegetables every day. She is undergoing water therapy three to five times a week.

Potter met her ex-husband in 2002, but they got married in 2005. In these three years, she gained almost 100 pounds. In 2008, they both got separated but are still in love with each other.
