It could be called the biggest fiasco ever, as a dentist took the money by claiming that she has treated 100 patients, who are dead by many years. Dr Joyce Trail has used the money for her luxury shopping and by going at exotic places.

It was a shocking moment when it was being revealed that Trial has smartly prepared a data of more than 7,000 people and was doing it for past three years. None of the patient has been handled by her and the data is a complete fake document.

Not only Trail, but her daughter Nyri Stirling, has also been found to be culprit in the case. The case against both of them is going on at Birmingham crown court, which will continue for more than a month. Both the women have been warned that strict action will be taken against them.

Prosecutor Miranda Moore was of the view: "She double and triple-claimed for people that she had actually treated and then she used patient details, which had been quite unwittingly supplied to her by nursing homes”.

Moore further affirmed that a lot of data has to be checked, like electronic documents, records and lab results. After assessing them, things will proceed further.
