It is quite common to hear that high level of stress leads to cardiovascular events, like heart attack. It is now being revealed that even low-level of risk is also potential enough to cause a stroke. The research has revealed that there 20% risk of heart attacks and stroke among those, who take low-level stress.

Dr. Tom Russ, who has been working with the University of Edinburgh, was of the view that low-level of stress is often ignored and more than quarter of people have been found to be suffering from it. "However, even people with low distress scores were at an increased risk of death. Currently these people - a quarter of the adult population", further affirmed, Russ.

In order to reach at the above given result, the study researchers assessed more than 68,000 people, who were being aged above 35 years. They were the ones, who have taken part in the Health Survey, which took place in England between 1994 and 2004.

After assessing the date of above mentioned number, it was being revealed that even low-level of stress is not healthy. Therefore, people should exercise regularly and make their minds fresh and should eat a healthy diet and sort out their tensions, so they are not stressed at the end of the day.
