In a recent revelation, it has been revealed that a woman lost her life after it was found that the doctor failed to detect that she has been suffering from swine flu. Angela Fensom went to doctor at Millicent Medical Clinic, which is in South Australia.

She was suffering from cold like symptoms for last four days, but went to doctor on the fifth day. Angela was diagnosed with gastroenteritis and on the next days, she lost her life. Wrong assessment was done by Dr. Veemarajah Vernugopalan and he has even confirmed in the coronial inquest that he did admit Angela in the hospital.

Zeta Tucknott was one of the two nurses, who have cared for the patient. She was of the view that they were quite concerned about the condition of Angela. They were witnessing that not proper care was being given to Angela, and this might be the reason that she has to lose her life.

"I wasn't actually officially looking after her but I felt a responsibility to check that someone had checked on her and no one had”, she further affirmed. Deputy State Coroner Anthony Schapel has been handling the case, and he still has to take decision on the same.
