Whenever an act is being introduced, one question arises for sure that is how the act would benefit for the thing it has been made for. The same question has been discussed time and again for the Endangered Species Act of US.

Views on the above mentioned question differ, as people, who have been in the favor of the act, were of the view that that they are quite happy that their government has made such an act by which exotic species whether of animals and animals can be preserved.

However, there are people, who are not so convinced with the act. May be they might be having points, which show them loopholes in the act. Some of the points being mentioned by them quite often are that the act covers only 1% of the species, which needs protection.

Other point being mentioned by them was that millions of dollars are being spent to protect the plants and animals, but it is quite rare that satisfactory results would have been retrieved. There are many animals and plants, which should have been included in the endangered species, but they have not been. Some of the animals, which would have been are grizzly bear, gray wolves and bald eagles.
