Entangled Sea Turtle Set Free

The US Coast Guard was on their regular patrolling regime when they noticed a sea turtle, which was stuck in the fishing net. Due to the same reason, the turtle was not able to swim or dive, and after realizing it, the Guard helped the turtle and saw her swim away. The incident took place at south of Great Duck Island in Maine.

In addition, a tragedy took place at the Promise Land, as a fishing boat caught fire and mariner received injuries and was later taken to hospital. The information of incident was given to the Maine State Police and was informed that the boat was on fire.

In order to save people, the Coast Guard sent to rescue boat. Not only this, they also sent helicopter, but things did not prove to be helpful as police was unable to provide correct information. In addition, the crew on the search said that the fog also created a lot of problems.

Things got clear at the time when other boast saw smoke coming out of a boat and they contacted the Coast Guard. They directed the way to the latter and told them that boat was somewhere close to southeast of Jonesport.
