Researchers try to Authenticate Success of Pandemic Flu Shot

When the 2009 flu pandemic began, at that time a strange vaccine-related phenomenon was noticed by the researchers. They found that individuals who were given the vaccine were more likely to get infected by the pandemic virus as compared to those who were not.

Though it was difficult to believe and therefore researchers of Canada dismissed it as “the Canadian problem”.

For finding the accurate information, five different studies were carried out in different provinces but all in vain. There were puzzling and unsettling results every time.

The same issue has once again been highlighted with the decision of countries in North America and parts of Europe starting to vaccinate their people against the pandemic virus.

In addition to this vaccination, another concern has been brought into notice. Some seasonal vaccinations are there to which the authority is confused to use or not.

A number of flu research and public health communities have studied the problem again and again but they have denied any kind of problem to be associated with the vaccination.

In contrary, a recent study has suggested the findings to be real. After trying it over ferrets, they have found that the group that is vaccinated against pandemic virus is at a higher risk of becoming sick than other animals. But then it is not the same with seasonal vaccinations.
