Shelby America to Launch Improved GT500 Super Snake

In order to celebrate their 50th Anniversary, Shelby American, which is a subsidiary of Carroll Shelby International Inc., will launch the new improved version of the Shelby GT500 Super Snake. However, the new model will be launched in 2013.

The new model will be having some great features. Some of the features will be that the car will be available in new exciting colors and will be having an upgraded performance delivery quotient. It seems that people, who will be interested in the car, will have to grab their machine quite quickly.

It has been said so, as the company has been planning to built only 500 cars. Experts were of the view that the car will be available in two options, one will be the coupe option and second option will be a complete convertible car.

"Our team worked closely with Ford Racing and other key partners to develop our new fire breathing snake. The result is the most powerful base model Super Snake ever”, said John Luft, who is positioned as president of Shelby American.

Gary Davis, who is the Vice President of Production in Shelby, was of the view that they have great hopes from the new line up.
