As per reports, it has been revealed that the Comoros islands, which is in the Indian Ocean is considered to be the most affected by the climate change as well as by the ocean acidification. It is said that the place is surely going to suffer problems in regard to food.

Environmental group Oceana was of the view that there a lot many factors that cause food related problems. Some of the many problems are presence of more carbon dioxide and drastic change in ocean temperatures.

Experts were of the view that such problems often trouble the countries, which are heavily depended on sea food. Lead author Matthew Huelsenbeck, who is also a marine scientist was of the view that small scale fishermen have to bear the maximum lose.

It is not the first time when such thing has been said in regard to ocean acidification. The latest symposium on the coastal region of Monterey was also based on the topic of ocean acidification. "Most of the nations that will suffer have done very little to cause climate change”, further asserted Huelsenbeck. It seems that authority’s concerned need to take strict action on the same, so that ocean acidification can be controlled.
