A recent study has found that the average size of breast has increased by two-and-a-half inches within just two years. The study was conducted by department store Debenhams. During the study it was found that bra size of 34DD is purchased more as compared to the 34B.

About two years ago, the bra size 34B was purchased most. It seems like the increased size of breasts is responsible for a drop in sales of 34B-sized bras. It has been found that girls from Southern regions are experiencing a good growth as now they have a curvy look of 34C as compared to the flat-chest of 32A.

Researchers of the study are of the view that there is something in the water of Valleys as the women have experienced a good growth in their breast size. Their size of breast has gone up from 32C to a voluptuous 34E.

It has further come to light that many women in the past had been squeezing their breasts to fit into a bra of wrong size. Awareness about right bra size might have also led to an increase in the sales of bras of 34DD and 34E.

Commenting upon the findings, Debenhams’ head of lingerie buying Sharon Webb said, “Sales suggest that breasts are bigger than ever before…It seems that they weren’t making the best of their bust so we sized up the problem”.
