Risky Beauty Treatment Took 1 woman and 3 others Lives

As per reports, it has been revealed that one woman and three other people have lost their lives while undergoing beauty treatments that involve blood transfusions. The news was being revealed by the Hong Kong authorities.

They were of the view that a woman was undergoing a beauty treatment and suffered a septic shock and lost her life. Though the treatment is being is being used on cancer cases, in this particular case, it was being used for beauty treatment.

Experts have raised concerns on the matter, and have said that such risky medical treatments should not be tried unless there is complete assurance about the same. Health Secretary Ko Wing-man was of the view that investigation in the matter will be taken out.

Main aim of the investigation will be to check clinics, where such treatments are being carried out. It needs to be checked that those clinics, which have been providing such clinics possess the certificate being given by Hong Kong's Medical Council.

"We will investigate if there was gross negligence in this case, or if they have committed manslaughter”, said Andy Tsang, who is positioned as Hong Kong police chief. It seems that matter gets resolved soon.
