A recent report covers that Macy's, a platform for shopping fashion accessories and clothes, not only is looking for additional older customers, but is aiming to attract thousands of young souls as well. Now, millennial shoppers are its next target as only moms and grandmoms cannot jam the shop.

The department store has plans to unveil Marilyn Monroe collection, one of the total 13 new brands. And almost all of these have a story behind them, which as per Anne Brouwer, McMillan Doolittle analyst, is essential too, to grab more customers.

"Having more to it than just saying here's an item and the price, really creates a much more engaging experience to shopper who's really grown up digging below the surface", sources quoted Brouwer as affirming.

Though, some of the new brands are only meant for older generations. The company has told that a few are coming up the way with timeless styles. The store says that when it comes to the Marilyn Monroe, it would instantly strike in one's mind what style they are going to have.

Already, recession has affected the styles of a massive number of younger shoppers. So, the Marilyn Monroe is not only promising style, but would offer value for money as well. In addition, an attraction dubbed Today's material girl is there for young women.
