Sun’s Plasma Eruption Captured by NASA’s Researchers

Researchers at NASA have captured a unique space picture showing plasma eruption from the Sun. The image showed plasma eruption, which was larger than the Earth. The spectacular event took place on Friday at 4:30 a. m.

The high-definition camera helped the researchers at NASA to capture the images of plasma being erupted from the Sun. The NASA media specialist Steele Hill said, "Once it started breaking away, the process only took 10 hours before it was out of sight. The prominence stretched out many times the size of Earth". It has been reported that the eruption went up at the speed of 100,000 km per hour.

The plasma eruption was witnessed at the NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory. It is not for the first time when plasma has been erupted by the Sun. These eruptions can't cause any harm to the Earth. However, satellites can be affected by the plasma.

An eye over the activities of the solar system is kept by the NASA's researchers so that any disruption to the satellites could be addressed timely. The plasma eruption has also been filmed. The video called `Gradient Sun' shows as to how the plasma eruption takes place in the Sun.
