Facebook shares Tumble

It is being expected that the second announcement of Facebook's quarterly earnings in the form of a public company will be better than previous announcements. It has been found that the company is going to publicize the earning details on Tuesday.

The announcements should have brought growth in the shares of the company, but it has not. It was being found that the company has failed to concentrate on its plan of targeting growth.

In addition, earlier, it was being suspected that Facebook is going to adopt a policy known as the drug dealer's business model. As per the model, initially, the service is provided free of cost and when a person gets hooked to it then the company charges for its usage.

There are a number of tech companies, which charge its users for its services, like LinkedIn. It was said that Facebook is also going to adopt the same policy. However, Facebook has always said that it will not charge money for its users.

In order to make sure that it does not suffer any loss, Facebook has been taking the help of display advertising. "Overall Facebook spending is healthy", said COO Lucy Jacobs while talking about the spending of the company.
