Exercise Before Your First Meal to Enjoy More Benefits

Exercising is known to do a lot of good to a human body. But if you are exercising before your breakfast, you are definitely following the absolutely right track to help you lose your extra kilos, advice researchers in a recent British study.

They added that working up with an empty stomach or before the first meal of the day helps in burning off more fat from the body thereby helping the exerciser to lose out all the extra inches around the waist along with marking a big reduction in artery-clogging blood fats too.

The research has been done by Dr. Jason Gill at Glasgow University. He explained in his statements that exercising before breakfast or empty stomach forces the body of the exerciser to rely on its stores of fat for energy, which further helps in reduction of the extra fats.

"When people talk about losing weight, they really mean losing fat", he added.

The research included ten men, who made three visits to the doctor's laboratory at the university's Institute of Cardiovascular and Medical Sciences. All of the participants were given breakfast every time, first time they didn't do any exercise, second time they performed an hour's brisk walk ahead of breakfast and the third time, they walked after breakfast.

Experts noticed that the ones, who exercised before breakfast burnt off 33% more fats than those who exercised after eating.
