Zumba’s New Face of Fun & Fitness
A study was recently run to conclude if Zumba's claim of providing fun and fitness at the same time is true or bogus. And, so, this news has bring the findings of the study to the knowledge of all those fanatics, who love the mix of dance and aerobics and state Zumba as their favorite workout, which they believe, is fitness worthy.
First, what is the key to getting a good workout? Only exercising? Or also keeping your heart rate elevated? Answer is both! This means that along with moving, it is also important that all the movements performed use the large muscles of the exerciser's body and demand larger ranges of motion too.
Zumba has been found to be the simplest classes to be followed, which incorporate not only an effective mix of aerobic, and dance but also the athletic moves performed with the great rhythms and music that makes Zumba so enjoyable.
Ms. Joy Prouty, creator of the Zumba Fitness Zumba Gold program, appeared on The SUZANNE Show this week to talk about the unique program that will have people dancing and maintaining their good health too.
