There are many different factors that contribute towards the possibility of a person to quit smoking, and making it impossible for others. It is a known fact that the higher the dependency, the more difficult it will be. If a person has been using tobacco for a long time, and in large quantities, it would be more difficult for the person to try and quit the awful habit.

Putting more changes for smokers on their health benefits might also prove to help, because, the cost of care for the smokers is naturally more than for the others, because they are under more risk of diseases.
