As per a recent report, it has been uncovered that Adele, 23, the famous singer who has given a rocking performance of 'Someone like You', has been nominated for three of her hits. She has claimed that she would always have a soft spot for the BRIT Awards.

It has been found by the report that the woman had wowed the whole world while performing her song 'Someone Like You' at BRIT ceremony the previous year. The report has unveiled that the song became the top number after her beautiful performance.

According to the findings, the song was listed the chart-topping British single as well as topped in Australia, Italy, France, Ireland and Switzerland charts’ lists and remained there for at least five weeks. It had become the second top number in the US.

The report has found that she has thus been nominated for British Female Solo Artist, British Single for 'Someone Like You' as well as for her album MasterCard British Album of the Year for '21'. Adele, who also picked up Grammys, six in number, last week, would be up for the event, which is going to be held tomorrow i. e. Tuesday.

Apart from it, the report further reveals that Coldplay band has also planned a performance at the Brit Awards but, their order for pyrotechnics has sparked safety issues of London's The O2's roof. "It has been a logistical nightmare and for a long time organizers didn't think they would be able to go ahead with the plans. People have been running around the arena for weeks trying to sort it out", a spokesperson avowed.

The band is up for British Album of the Year as well as Best British Band and is in competition with Adele in the best album category, says the report.
