GRID 2 Hit the Top Position in the UK Video Game Chart

It was in September 2010 when the first and original version of GRID gaming was introduced in UK. It was then the top spot and now the time has come to try out your hands and minds over the second hit version: GRID 2.

Though, GRID 2 has earned Codemasters its first UK No. 1 award since F1 2010, but if we compare the first week sales of both the versions, then GRID 2 lacks behind. Yes, in comparison to GRID 1, during the first week of its launch, its total sales have been found 29% down.

Following this, it is FIFA 13 that has been positioned at No. 2 and Dead Island: Riptide at No. 3. Then are Far Cry 3 and Resident Evil in the last. According to reports, Resident Evil has dropped from No. 1 to No. 5. Similarly, Metro: Last Light has slide four places down to No. 7.

Last positioned is EA and Insomniac's Fuse which has been introduced for the very first time. Well, in the total lot of 40 games, this one has made its debut at No. 37.

Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel has reentered at No. 32.

"The sequel goes one better than its predecessor which could only manage No2 five years ago, however launch week sales are 29% down on the original".
